At Young Engineers Kerry we encourage all parents and students to work out lesson schedules ahead of time. There is a limited amount of spaces for each lesson, birthday party or activity so please be respectful of these schedules. However if you need to cancel for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.

For One of activities (such as Camps, Family Day, Bring your friend etc.) and Birthday parties the cancellation policy stands as follows :
Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance of the date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not receive a refund.

Please give your teacher at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a single lesson. Forgetting to do so may result in the lesson being marked as missed when your teacher marks attendance. Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled, which means payments for missed lessons are not reusable, refundable, or transferable. We also encourage you to chat with your teacher if you need to take a longer period of absence from lessons.

If you need to cancel your subscription of the term, please let your teacher know at least 72 hours before your next lesson to ensure any refund includes all the lessons you’re expecting.
